Refund policy

 

• You may inspect your order upon delivery. Returns are only allowed while the delivery courier is present. If you choose not to accept the order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Exchanges are only allowed in case of a mistake with your order and must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging when requesting an exchange.

• Any large (bulk) order or any customer with a low delivery acceptance rate requires a deposit to confirm the order.
